For products such as Bayae / Smart Store Assistant, store product data and visitor chat messages may be sent to an AI provider only as needed to generate a relevant reply or recommendation. The assistant is designed to recommend products from the provided store data and not invent products or prices.
5. Plugins, WooPlugins, and Salla Apps
Our plugins and commerce apps may store operational data in the merchant's site, server, or configured RealThemes.io backend, depending on the product. This can include settings, logs, product sync data, webhook payloads, chat sessions, and event tracking used for the product's intended functionality.
For Salla apps, we may process merchant authorization data, access tokens, webhook events, store identifiers, product data, category data, and app settings strictly to operate the installed app and its features.
