What it does

Arabic-first product discovery for Salla storefronts.

Storefront Widget

Floating chat widget that can be loaded in Salla with a small script snippet and merchant configuration.

Real Product Recommendations

Uses synced Salla products and returns product name, price, image, product URL, and a short recommendation reason.

Secure AI Calls

DeepSeek is called from the PHP backend only, keeping API keys away from browser JavaScript and storefront visitors.

Salla Webhooks

Receives product and category events, stores webhook logs, and updates local product data for product changes.

Local Fallback

When no DeepSeek key is configured, the app still answers using local product ranking for demos and early testing.

Arabic and English

Widget copy supports Arabic RTL and English, including starter prompts for gifts, affordability, and best sellers.

Backend

Endpoints prepared for the MVP flow.

POST /wooplugins/ai-seller/chat receives visitor messages and returns reply plus products.

POST /wooplugins/ai-seller/webhook receives Salla notifications with optional token protection.

POST /wooplugins/ai-seller/admin/sync-products syncs products from Salla using a merchant access token.

POST /wooplugins/ai-seller/settings/post-request-validation validates settings, then GET /wooplugins/ai-seller/settings feeds the widget.

Copy-ready widget boot code.

The merchant ID and locale can be injected by Salla theme variables. The widget posts to the secure backend endpoint and never calls DeepSeek directly from the browser.

Environment variables for deployment.

DEEPSEEK_API_KEY and optional DEEPSEEK_MODEL enable server-side AI replies.

Webhook

AI_SELLER_WEBHOOK_TOKEN protects Salla notifications through bearer, query, or custom header token.

Salla

SALLA_ACCESS_TOKEN can be used for admin product sync, or sent in the sync request body.

CORS

AI_SELLER_ALLOWED_ORIGINS can restrict which storefront origins call the backend.

Storefront context

The widget reads the current Salla page before recommending.

Reads Product JSON-LD, Open Graph tags, page title, price text, image, and current URL.

Collects breadcrumb/category links when they are visible on the storefront page.

Sends that page context with each chat message so demo products are not used on real product pages.

Synced Salla products still take priority when the admin product sync has been run.
